Event registration fees are generally non-refundable. However, refund requests may be considered if the request is submitted within 24 hours of purchase and at least 7 days prior to the event date. Approved refunds may be subject to applicable processing fees. If an event is canceled by the Air & Waste Management Association Gulf Coast Chapter, registrants will receive a full refund of registration fees paid.
Donations made to the Chapter are generally non-refundable. If a donation was made in error or in an incorrect amount, please contact the Chapter within 30 days of the transaction to request review and assistance.
